We guarantee that we will mail your order within 48 hours (working days). The delivery time depends on the destination country, however it is generally between 2 days and 1 week.

The analytical deadlines after we receive the sample at the laboratory (working days) are listed below:

Asbestos in air: less than 8 hours

Asbestos in bulk materials: 36 hours

Radon: 10 days (from November to May) and 20 days (from June to October)

Indoor air: 5 days

PCB: 7 days

To mail samples to Switzerland is extremely easy because of the Swiss high quality postal services. For many countries around the world, the easiest and cheapest way is to use their national postal services, which will transport the packages or letters rapidly.

For certain Swiss locations, Labtox provides a samples collecting service (please contact us for more information).

It is very important to place your asbestos or PCB samples in two successive sealed plastic bags. The samples can be mailed to Labtox in a reinforced envelope or in a package. For radon and indoor air analyses, you can simply reuse the package in which you received the dosimeters or tubes.
